Timeless Body. Deep Healing. New Beginnings.
AMARA KAYA
Yoga & Wellness Retreat
Between the Years Retreat
December 2026
Goa, India
This week-long retreat invites you into a space of completion, integration, and quiet renewal, held within the contemplative days between the years — a time traditionally dedicated to reflection, listening, and conscious transition.
Guided by the Amara Kaya philosophy, each day gently supports the body and nervous system in letting go of what has been carried, allowing you to return to a more grounded and coherent state of being. Through yoga, breath-led movement, acupuncture, Thai bodywork, and nourishing Ayurvedic meals, the retreat offers a slow and embodied approach to restoration.
Honouring the wisdom of ending before beginning again, this retreat creates space for clarity to arise naturally — without force, without urgency. Rather than striving for change, the emphasis lies in integration, digestion, and presence.
A small, experienced team of holistic practitioners holds each participant with care and precision, offering a thoughtfully tailored experience within an intimate group setting. Surrounded by the serene natural landscape of Goa, the retreat balances meaningful shared moments with generous space for solitude and rest.
The result is deeply settled clarity — a sense of vitality, inner steadiness, and connection that carries you gently across the threshold into the year ahead.
"A rare, personalised healing experience rooted in ancient wisdom."

Flow & Intention
This retreat unfolds in the quiet days between the years — a liminal period traditionally associated with reflection, integration, and conscious transition.
At Amara Kaya, this time is held as a living ritual of completion. Through gentle purification practices expressed in movement and touch, deeply nourishing meals, and time in nature and community, the body is supported in releasing what no longer needs to be carried.
Each day unfolds with a soft, intentional rhythm — from sunrise yoga and somatic bodywork to mindful meals, unstructured rest by the pool, and quiet evenings on the deck beneath the stars.

Amara Kaya means “the eternal body” — the living connection between nature, spirit, and the body’s own intelligence. Healing, in the language of Amara Kaya, is a return — a remembering of our own inherent rhythm and vitality. Each experience is designed to restore the harmony between body, mind, and nature, blending the intuitive touch of Eastern traditions with the calm elegance of contemporary wellness.
